Customer Services and Support Sales Engineer
– You carry out an active prospection in order to develop the turnover on your sector, by leaning on the competences of the company in order to build and defend your technical and financial offers…
– You ensure regular and direct reporting to your manager: progress of the files that you follow.
– You develop the best relations with the stakeholders, prescribers and principals in France and abroad on the Accounts and Territories that are entrusted to you.
– You favour partnership relations with suppliers and strategic service providers.
– You rely on the company’s existing or past client base and help detect new projects.
– You support other company managers in the renovation of processes specific to Customer Services and Support
– You validate the terms and conditions of the offers with the approval of the departments concerned.
– You ensure a sufficient level of prospecting to reach the objectives by validating the prices and discounts granted while ensuring the profitability of the business.
– You develop offers of services and customer support and conduct commercial negotiations.
– With a higher education in sales or engineering, you have a successful experience in a sales department and like to invest yourself fully in your work;
– You have a good knowledge of the product sales environment with a strong technical component, particularly in the telecommunications field;
– You are known for your interpersonal ability, your agility and your excellent writing skills;
– Your ability to listen and your thoroughness make you a choice interlocutor;
– Experience in telecommunications or broadcasting will be a plus;
– The mastery of English is essential because you evolve in an international environment.

Following our integration into the GLOBAL Technologies Group and in order to continue our sustained growth, we are looking for a new sales person to set up and take charge of the Customer Services and Support offers. Your position is attached to the Sales Department.
